Dale Gas Partners II, LP
Dale Gas Partners II ("Dale II") was capitalized by CIC Partners and other investors in March 2008 to back Larry Dale in his non-Barnett Shale oil and gas exploration activities. Dale II is a continuation of CIC's previously successful relationship with Larry in Dale Gas Partners, LP, and is focused on domestic resource plays and conventional plays with significant running room outside of the Barnett Shale. Dale II intends to make foothold investments in three to five energy plays as an entry point for deeper operating involvement in one to two projects.
