Legends Hospitality Management, LLC
Legends Hospitality Management, LLC is a newly established concessions and merchandising service company to operate, promote and develop a broad range of outsourced management services for sports, entertainment and recreational facilities. Founded in October 2008, Legends will provide on an exclusive basis, concessions and merchandising services in the new, state-of-the-art New York Yankees and Dallas Cowboys Stadiums which are scheduled to open in 2009. Legends intends to expand beyond these anchor teams and provide services to professional sports teams, college sports teams, and other event facilities worldwide.
CIC Partners has partnered with the New York Yankees, the Dallas Cowboys and Goldman Sachs in a growth capital investment to form Legends. Mike Rawlings, a CIC Partners Managing Partner, will serve as Executive Chairman and Acting CEO with strong operational support from both ball clubs.
