Larry Dale
Natural Gas Exploration
Lawrence B. Dale, 54, has been an independent oil and gas producer for twenty-five years. During that time, he has drilled and operated over 350 wells and acquired numerous proprietary 3-D seismic surveys. Dale sold the majority of his producing properties in 2001 and contributed undeveloped properties to form Dale Gas Partners L.P., together with CIC Partners and a group of oil and gas executives. That partnership has developed and sold properties in East Texas and in the Barnett Shale in five transactions with gross proceeds of approximately $650 million. He is the past Chairman of the Board of St. Philip's School and Community Center; past Chairman of the Tartan Board at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children; and a past President of the Dallas Petroleum Club.
Casey McManemin

Casey McManemin has served as CEO of Dorchester Minerals, L.P. (NASDAQ: DMLP) since the Partnership's formation in January 2003, upon the merger of Republic Royalty Company, Spinnaker Royalty Company and Dorchester Hugoton, Ltd. (NASDAQ: DHULZ). Casey co-founded Republic and Spinnaker in 1993 and 1996, respectively.
Casey is instrumental in CIC Partners' efforts in energy exploration investments, and serves as a Director of CIC portfolio companies Dale Gas Partners, LP, Bagby Energy Holdings, LP and Schuepbach Energy, LLC.
