Roger Enrico

Consumer Packaged Goods

Roger Enrico served as a Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP), from 1996 to 2001, during which time revenues grew 35 percent, from approximately $20 billion to $27 billion. In May 2001, he stepped down and became Vice Chairman until his departure in March 2002. During his tenure, Roger led PepsiCo through a major restructuring, refocusing the corporation on convenient foods and beverages. Under his leadership, PespiCo spun off its restaurant business as an independent public company (NYSE: YUM), launched an initial public offering of The Pepsi Bottling Group (NYSE: PBG) and acquired Tropicana Products and The Quaker Oats Company. Roger is currently Chairman of Dreamworks Animation, Inc. (NYSE: DWA).

Enrico Investments LLC (the investment vehicle of Roger and Aaron Enrico), in partnership with CIC Partners, is currently pursuing growth capital investment opportunities in Consumer-Branded Products/Services, Restaurant and Specialty Retail businesses. Jim O'Neal

Food Manufacturing

Jim O'Neal retired in 2000 as President and CEO of Frito-Lay International, completing a 34-year career at PepsiCo (NYSE: PEP). During that time, Mr. O'Neal served in various roles within distribution, manufacturing and operations, including Senior Vice President, Operations at Frito-Lay, President, Europe Group at PepsiCo Foods International, and Chairman and CEO, PepsiCo Restaurants International.

Jim provides guidance and diligence support for CIC Partners' investment efforts in businesses with plant operations and manufacturing capabilities. He currently offices with CIC and serves as a Director of River Point Farms, a CIC portfolio company.

Jay Pack

Produce

Jay Pack is the former owner and CEO of Standard Fruit and Vegetable Co., Inc., a $400 million integrated re-packer and value-added produce company, with distribution in thirty-five states. The company was sold to Del Monte Fresh (NYSE: FDP) in 2003.

Jay is active in portfolio operating review meetings with CIC Partners, and provides guidance and diligence support on agriculture and produce-related investment opportunities. Jay serves as Executive Chairman of Combs Holdings and as a Director of River Point Farms.

Billy Rosenthal

Food Processing

Billy Rosenthal is an industry veteran in food manufacturing and processing. He currently serves Chairman of CTI Foods, a CIC Partners portfolio company. Billy's career began in his family's business Standard Meat Company, which was sold to Sara Lee Corporation in 1983 and in which Billy served as President until 1989. Since then, his entrepreneurial endeavors have included the formation of Rosani Foods in 1990, the merger of Rosani with Kettle Cooked Foods to form KPR Holdings (a former CIC portfolio company) in 1992, the sale of KPR Holdings to Foodbrands America in 1995, and subsequent sale to IBP, inc. in 1998.

Billy has actively served on several boards including Cook Children’s Medical Center, the Fort Worth Zoo, the Fort Worth Symphony, Beth-El Congregation, Trustee of Texas Christian University, the University of Texas McCombs School of Business Advisory Council, and MD Anderson Board of Trustees.

Kirk Smith

Food Processing

Kirk Smith is CEO and co-owner of CTI Foods, a CIC Partners portfolio company. He founded SSI and S&S, two CTI predecessor companies, in 1984 and 1988, respectively and grew them to over $300 million in sales prior to a recapitalization with CIC in 2003.
