James F. Gero
Medical Equipment and Defense Technologies
James Gero is currently Executive Chairman of Orthofix, N.V. (NasdagGS: OFIX) and has served on the board of Orthofix since 1995. He currently is a director of Drew Industries (NYSE: DW), Intrusion, Inc. (OTC BB: INTZ.OB), and a Board of Governor member of Suntex Capital. Previously, he was a director of REI, American Medical Electronics (NASDAQ: AME) DF&R (NASDAQ: DFNR) and numerous private companies.
During his 38 year career he was Chairman and CEO of Sierra Technologies, a diversified technology driven company, Chairman and CEO of Varo, Inc. (NYSE: IMD) a developer and manufacturer of various aerospace and defense products, and early on was Vice President and General Manager of Allied Corp. (now Honeywell).
Tom Karol
Building Products and Manufacturing
Tom Karol is a proven top level executive in the Building Products Industry. He served as the Chairman and CEO of Elk Corporation (NYSE: ELK), a leading manufacturer of roofing, composite lumber and other technologies for homes across America. He grew profitability to five times over his five year tenure and sold the company for the highest multiple ever in the industry. He was Owner, President and CEO of Pro Group Holdings through the 1990s where he built the largest distributor of carpet and flooring in the country. Currently Tom is the CEO of Warrior Creek, a joint venture with CIC whose mission is to acquire and grow manufacturing companies that are under-managed and seek top level operating partnership. Tom is also on the Board of Directors of The Dallas Housing Authority.
Officing with CIC Partners, Tom is active in CIC portfolio operating review meetings and provides guidance and diligence support on manufacturing-related investment opportunities.
Roger Morgan

Roger Morgan is President and CEO of Retail Products Group, a division of NCH Corporation. RPG manufactures and distributes consumer products to large retailers and distributors. Focusing on the pet and baby industries, Roger has created business value through aggressive growth strategies and acquisitions. Prior to joining Retail Products Group, he gained five years of business strategy experience with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). During his tenure at BCG he optimized growth strategies for multi-national consumer goods and retail organizations, including two years working abroad in Paris, France.
